Actress Manisha Koirala Visits Banasthali to Sign Petition in Support of Rabi Lamichhane

Kathmandu, Nepal — Prominent Nepali actress and international film icon Manisha Koirala has stepped forward to express her solidarity with Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane, who is at the centre of a growing justice campaign in Nepal.

On Thursday, Koirala visited the RSP central office in Banasthali, where she signed the ongoing petition demanding justice for Lamichhane. Speaking briefly to the media after her gesture, the acclaimed actress stated that Lamichhane has been facing injustice and mistreatment at the hands of the state.

“This is not just about one individual but about the broader principle of justice,” Koirala remarked, calling for fairness and integrity in the handling of legal processes.

Her presence has added significant weight to the movement, which has already drawn wide public attention across Nepal and the global Nepali diaspora.
